Theoretical foundations of authenticity in leadership

Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of transparency in leadership, constructions that ensure transparentleadership and their importance in the modern organizational context. Through extensive literature, the studyintegrates authentic leadership with traditional leadership paradigms such as transformational, transactional, and servantleadership to identify leadership characteristics and their impact on organizational outcomes.Using a mixed-methods research design, the study used quantitative surveys and academic sources to examine theeffects of transparent leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leader effectiveness.This paper contributes to effective leadership by providing empirical evidence on the benefits of transparent leadershipand suggesting mechanisms for improving organizational performance.
