Some Principle Issues in the Effective use of Budget Funds in Universities

Abstract

This article discusses specific aspects of the use of educational (higher) resources. The fact that most of theexpenses necessary for the implementation of the activities of higher education institutions are covered by budgetaryfunds requires the formation of special relations regarding the expenditure of these funds. Financing of higher educationis carried out in two forms: at the expense of the state budget and at the expense of funds received from the provision ofeducational services.
