Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mahlliy va xorijiy olimlarning tijorat banklari tomonidan korporativ mijozlarni kreditlashamaliyotini rivojlantirishga bag‘ishlangan ilmiy qarashlari shuningdek, tijorat banklari moliyaviy resurslarni boshqarishningnazariy jihatlari, boshqarishning zarurligi va o‘ziga xos jihatlari hamda boshqa qator jihatlari atroflicha o‘rganildi va tadqiqetildi. Tadqiot material va metodlariga ko‘ra mavzu yuzasidan bir qator xorijiy hamda mamlakatimizning iqtisodchi-olimlaritomonidan berilgan ta’riflar hamda fikrlari o‘rganilib, muallif tomonidan sharhlanib ularning mazmuni ochib berilgan.Korporativ mijozlarni kreditlash amaliyotini takomillashtirish orqali iqtisodiyotning barcha sohalarida faollikni oshirish, iqtisodiyo‘sishni ta’minlash asosida makroiqtisodiy barqarorlikka erishish yuzasidan ilmiy xulosalar va amaliy takliflar ishlabchiqilgan.
