Abstract

В этой статье рассматривается, что обеспечение исполнения местных бюджетов и укрепление ихфинансовой устойчивости является важным аспектом финансовой стратегии. Намечены важные предложения поукреплению финансовой устойчивости местных бюджетов. Эффективное функционирование финансовой стра-тегии местных бюджетов во многом зависит от финансового потенциала региона. Были сформированы предло-жения по формированию финансовых стратегий местных бюджетов.
