Abstract

Данная статья намеревается изучить законадательный подход по введению и регулированию Ислам-ской банковской деятельности в юрисдикции Республики Казахстан. В исследовании были рассмотрены поправки,внесенные в правовые документы Республики Казахстан такие как “Закон о банках и банковской деятельности”,Налоговый Кодекс Республики Казахстан, Гражданский кодекс Республики Казахстан. На основе сравнения спередовой практикой представления правовых закреплений в индустрии Исламских финансов, ряд рекоммен-даций будут представлены по улучшению законадательных доккументов, регулирующих сектор Исламской бан-ковской деятельности на основе выявленных недостатков или ограничений.
