A Foreign Experience of Forming Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship Infrastructures (An Example of Usa)

Abstract

It is known that small business and private entrepreneurship are an important component of any economy.Among the developed countries, the United States of America is the world leader in this field. The United States has astrong infrastructure for small businesses and private entrepreneurship, including a variety of policies, programs, andinitiatives that support their growth and development. Uzbekistan is a country that has made significant progress inimproving the business environment and developing entrepreneurship in recent years. However, in order to create afavorable environment for the development of small business in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to develop many measures.This article analyzes infrastructure facilities for small business and private entrepreneurship in the United States and theiradaptation and implementation to the conditions of Uzbekistan. The article examines key components of small businessinfrastructure, including financial operations, a supportive business environment, strong information networks and partnerships,and entrepreneurship education. The article highlights the advanced experience of the United States in each ofthese structures, and at the end, recommendations are made on how Uzbekistan can use the experience of the UnitedStates in creating a favorable environment for small business and private entrepreneurship.
