Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining yashirin iqtisodiyoti va uning mehnat resurslarini o‘zgartirishgata’siri o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot keng qamrovli tahliliy asoslardan foydalangan holda O‘zbekistonning yashirin iqtisodiyotihajmi, tuzilishi va dinamikasi hamda uning mehnat resurslarini taqsimlash, mahsuldorlik va daromad taqsimotiga ta’sirinibaholaydi. Ma’lumotlarni sifatli va miqdoriy tahlil qilish orqali tadqiqot yashirin iqtisodiyotni boshqaradigan asosiy omillarni,masalan, tartibga soluvchi yuklar, soliq siyosati va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy sharoitlarni aniqlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki,yashirin iqtisodiyot mehnat bozori o‘zgarishiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, bu esa bandlik, malakadan foydalanish vaishchi kuchining ishtirok etishidagi o‘zgarishlarga olib keladi. Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston kabi o‘tish davri iqtisodiyotlaridamehnat dinamikasini shakllantirishda yashirin iqtisodiyotning rolini chuqurroq tushunishga yordam beradi.
