Abstract

XXI asr “Intelektual mulk asri”, “Axborotlar asri” ekanligini hisobga oladigan bo‘lsak, unib kelayotgan yosh avlod vakillariga ta’lim tarbiya berayotgan va uni tashkil etayotgan ta’lim maskanlari faoliyat samaradorligini oshirish, albatta, ularning moliyaviy ta’minotiga bevosita bog‘liq. Maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari faoliyatini yanada rivojlantirishda samarali moliyaviy mexanizmning mavjudligi ularning ish faolligini oshishiga hamda istiqbolda takomillashuviga zamin yaratadi. Maqolada mamlakatimizda aholi sonining ortishi hisobiga ta’lim xizmatlarini kengaytirish, ta’lim oluvchilarning bilim-ko‘nikma-malakasini shakllantirish orqali ma’lum samaradorlikka erishish maqsad qilib olinganligi sababli, maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari faoliyatini rivojlantirishning tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlari bilan birga moliyaviy mexanizm samaradorligini oshirish masalalariga e’tibor qaratiladi.
