Abstract

Цель: выявление проблем и перспектив развития учетной информации для управления социально-экономическими процессами в условиях неопределённости, риска и турбулентности внешней среды. В частности, в ситуации пандемии COVID–19 и локдауна возник целый ряд вопросов, связанных с проблемами отражения объектов и событий в бухгалтерском учете, качеством и достоверностью тех отчетных данных, которые базируются на стандартных учетных принципах, допущениях и процедурах. Кроме того, сложившаяся ситуация высветила новые требования к учетной информации, как основе для формирования полноценной и прозрачной среды управления – в силу сложности принимаемых стейкхолдерами решений и нестандартности задач по предотвращению и лечению кризиса.
