Abstract

Maqolada iqtisodiy transformatsiya sharoitida an’anaviy moliya tizimiga xos bo‘lgan metodologik muammolar o‘rganilgan. Shu bilan birgalikda bu omillarning moliya tizimida yuz beruvchi inqirozlar va ziddiyatli vaziyatlarning yuzaga kelishiga qanchalik ta’sir qilishi, xususan mahsulot ishlab chiqarish, raqobatbardoshlik va umumiy iqtisodiy farovonlikning barqaror yaxshilanishiga salbiy ta’siri mualliflar tomonidan o‘rganilib, o‘z munosabatlari bildirilgan. Ushbu munosabatlarga mamlakatlar va yillar kesimida bayon etilgan moliyaviy adabiyotlarni har tomonlama tahlil qilish bilan mualliflar o‘z fikirlarini yanada mustaxkamlagan. Tadqiqot natijasiga ko‘ra an’anaviy moliya tizimining ma’vjud muammolariga mualifllar tomonidann muhim hisoblangan takliflar keltirilgan. Maqolada Jamiyat taraqiyotining turli boshqichlarida markazlashtirilgan va markazlashtirilmagan pul fondlarining shakllanrilishi, taqsimlanishi va foydalanishiga oid iqtisodiy munosabatlari o‘rganilib ulardan foydalanish samaralariga urg‘u berilgan.
