Abstract

Mazkur maqolada iqtisodiy barqarorlikni oshirish, “Yashil” iqtisodiyot tamoyillarini keng qo‘llash asosida barqaror rivojlanish muammolarini hal qilish hamda “yashil loyihalar”ga jalb etilayotgan davlat va xususiy investitsiyalar bo‘yicha tahlillar qilingan. Yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tishning muhim vazifalari sifatida iqtisodiyotning energiya samaradorligini oshirish va tabiiy resurslarni oqilona iste’mol qilish bilan bog‘liq masalalar keltirilgan. Belgilangan maqsadli indikatorlarga texnologiyalarni modernizasiya qilish va moliyaviy mexanizmlarni rivojlantirish orqali erishish mumkinligi bilan izohlanadi.
