Abstract

Bugungi kunda tijorat banklarimiz tomonidan taqdim etilayotgan birlamchi ipoteka kreditlari yigirma yilgaannuited usulda taqdim etmoqda, bu esa bugungi kundagi uy-joylarning narxi oshishi hisobiga banklarda risk darajasiortadi. Maqolada banklar taqdim etgan ipoteka kreditini qaytarish jarayoni to‘g‘risida so‘z yuritilgan hamda tegishli xulosalar berilgan.
