O'zbekistonda akademik mustaqillikni qoʻllab-quvvatlash: 2022-yilgi AFI tadqiqotidan olingan tushunchalar va ilmiy istiqbollar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada akademik mustaqillik haqidagi tushunchalar har tomonlama tadqiq qilinib, respublikamizmiqyosida joriy davrda olib borilayotgan ishlarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. MDH mamlakatlarida 2022-yilgi Akademikmustaqillik indeksi (AFI) soʻrovi natijalaridan kelib chiqqan holda, tadqiqot ishida Oʻzbekistondagi akademik mustaqillikkataʼsir etuvchi omillar huquqiy, ijtimoiy va kampus dinamikasini tahliliy oʻrganilgan. Taniqli olimlarning akademik mustaqillikhaqidagi qarashlari bilan birgalikda tadqiqot intellektual izlanish va fikr erkinligi uchun qulay muhit yaratishda Oʻzbekistondamavjud xususiy imkoniyatlarga oydinlik kiritadi.
