Abstract

Zamonaviy bilimlarga ega bo‘lgan mutaxassis kadrlarni tayyorlash, davlat ta’lim standartlari asosida ta’lim vauning barcha tarkibiy tuzilmalarini takomillashtirib borish dolzarb masalalardan biridir. Maqolada respublikamizda faoliyatolib borayotgan oliy ta’lim muassasalari budjetdan tashqari moliyaviy manbaalari asosan to‘lov-kontrakt shakli mablag‘larihisobining yurutilishi, to‘lov-kontrakt shakli mablag‘lari xarajatlarini moliyalashtirish yoki tushum manbaalari asosida alohida shakllantirish tahlil qilingan. Amalga oshirilayotgan xarajatlarni mos yo‘nalishlar bo‘yicha guruhlash va samaradorlikga erishish ko‘zda tutilgan va biznes rejada belgilangan moliyaviy natijalarga erishish bo‘yicha xulosalar hamda ilmiytakliflar berilgan.
