Совершенствование Учета Качества В Предприятиях По Хранению И Переработке Зерна

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимосвязи между качеством и количеством. Опреде-лены показатели качества. Дана методика расчёта определения показатели качества. Рекомендованы органи-зация и пути совершенствования учёта затрат, которые связанные с доведением качества зерна до нормативногоуровня при хранении и переработке. В ней изложены предложения по учету операции бонификации и рефакции,происходящие на основании результата качества принятых зёрен. Так же дано определение на расходы по каче-ству, исходя из особенностей отрасли. Рекомендованы методики использования дополнительных счетов по опе-рациям, связанных с качеством зерна. Даны предложения по распределению средств от операций бонификациии рефакции.
