Abstract

Maqolada mamlkatimizdagi kapital bozori va ikkilamchi qimmatlgi qog‘ozlar bozorining ilmiy-nazariy jihatlari bayon etilgan. “Toshkent” RFBsining 2018-yildan 2022-yilga bo‘lgan ma’lumotlar asosida fond birjasining aylanmasiva fonb birjasining ikkilamchi qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorini aylanmalari tahliliga e’tibor qaratilgan. Bu esa, o‘z navbatida,mamlakatimizdagi ikkilamchi qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorini likvidlik darajasi va rivojlanish tendansiyasini aniqlash imkoniniberadi. Shuningdek, ikkilamchi qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorini tahlil qilishda mavjud muammolar aniqlangan va ularni bartarafetishga qaratilagan ilmiy taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
