Abstract

Ushbu maqolada JSTga a’zo bo‘lishning ijobiy va salbiy ta’sirlari guruhlashtirilgan, mamlakat uchun yuzagakelishi mumkin bo‘lgan muammolar (shu jumladan, omillar) tahlil qilingan hamda zararlarni minimallashtirish bo‘yichailg‘or xorijiy tajribalar o‘rganib chiqilgan.
