Abstract

Maqolada xalqaro lizingning mazmuni va o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Iqtisodiyotni innovatsion rivojlantirishsharoitida har bir mamlakat iqtisodiyotiga yangi aktivlarni jalb qilishning samarali usullaridan foydalanish muhimahamiyatga ega. Xalqaro lizing aynan ana shunday samarali usullardan biri sifatida xorijda ishlab chiqarilgan uskunalarnimamlakatga kiritishga imkon yaratadi. Maqolada xalqaro lizing bozori mamlakatlar kesimida tahlil qilingan bo‘lib, uni rivojlantirishva mavjud muammolarni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar berilgan.
