Abstract

Mazkur maqolada soliq qarzdorligi paydo bo‘lishining asosiy sabablari tadqiq etilgan. Yuridik shaxslarva jismoniy shaxs bo‘lgan yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlarning soliq qarzlari tahlil qilingan. Soliq qarzi bo‘yicha xorijiy vamahalliy olimlarning fikr va mulohazalari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, mamlakatimizda soliq qarzlarini kamaytirish va samaraliundirishni takomillashtirish borasida taklif va tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Yuqorida qayd etilgan holatlardan kelib chiqib,mamlakatimizda soliq qarzdorligini qisqartirish, shu jumladan, uni samarali undirish amaliyotini yanada takomillashtirishborasida takliflar shakllantirilgan.
