Abstract

Статья подчеркивает важность разработки и реализации эффективных государственных политик в области жилищного строительства, которые будут способствовать развитию этой отрасли и обеспечению доступного и качественного жилья для всех граждан. В статье также обсуждаются возможные решения для преодоления этих проблем, такие как привлечение инвестиций, субсидии для низкого и среднего класса населения, улучшение инфраструктуры и охрана окружающей среды. Она также указывает на необходимость развития образования и профессиональной подготовки рабочей силы, чтобы обеспечить квалифицированных работников для жилищного строительства.
