Abstract

Mazkur maqolada pensiya ta’minoti tizimida pensiya yoshining o‘rni va ahamiyatini ochib berishga qaratilganbo‘lib, avvalo mavzuning dolzarbligi asoslangan, ushbu soha bo‘yicha xorijiy va mahalliy olimlarning ilmiy ishlario‘rganilgan. MDH, Gruziya va Boltiqbo‘yi mamlakatlarida yoshga doir pensiya tayinlash uchun belgilangan pensiya yoshiko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, mazkur davlatlarda o‘rtacha ish haqi miqdorlari tahlil qilingan. Pensiya yoshini oshirishgaqaratilgan pensiya islohotlari keltirilgan hamda pensiya yoshini qanday qilib oshirish mumkinligi borasida taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
