Abstract

Iqtisodiyotni zamonaviy modernizatsiyalash sharoitida korxonalarning investitsiyalarini rivojlantirish dalzarbmuammolardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. Milliy iqtisodiyotni modernizatsiyalash sharoitida investitsiyalar har qanday korxonaiqtisodiy faoliyatining manbayi bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Muayyan obyektga investitsiyalarni maqsadli yo‘naltirish (mablag‘larnisarflash) makro-, mezo- va mikrodarajadagi iqtisodiy muammolarni yaxlit tarzda hal qiladi va iqtisodiyotning tarkibini islohqilish uchun qulay imkoniyat yaratadi.Moliya bozorining zamonaviy sharoitida pul mablag‘lari xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar o‘rtasida iqtisodiy munosabatlar yordamida bevosita taqismlanadi, pul mablag‘lari iqtisodiyotning real sektorida asosiy ishtirokchilar ko‘magida jalb qilinadi vainvestitsiyalar moliyalashtiriladi. Kompaniya moliya bozorida faqat ana shu sharoitda investitsiya resurslarni shakllantirishimumkin, bu paytning o‘zida faqat ana shu manbalar hisobidan moliyaviy operatsiyalarining ko‘pchiligi amalga oshiriladi,bu holatda korxonalar investitsiya cheklovlari bilan ta’minlanadi.
