Abstract

enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency, optimize decision-making, and enhance competitiveness. The convergence of AI and cloud computing has accelerated the development of intelligent enterprise ecosystems across various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and government services. This study examines the strategic and operational implications of AI-driven enterprise transformation with particular emphasis on cloud-based infrastructures, Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps), governance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. A qualitative and analytical research approach was employed through a comprehensive review of academic literature, industry reports, and policy documents obtained from IEEE journals, Scopus-indexed publications, OECD frameworks, and national digital transformation strategies. The study synthesizes current developments, identifies key implementation challenges, and evaluates governance considerations associated with large-scale AI adoption. The findings indicate that AI-driven enterprises benefit from enhanced scalability, predictive capabilities, operational resilience, and improved decision-making. However, technical complexity, organizational readiness, ethical concerns, and regulatory requirements remain significant barriers to successful implementation. The study proposes strategic recommendations aimed at promoting responsible AI adoption, strengthening digital infrastructure, and fostering human-centered governance frameworks. The paper contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI-enabled enterprise ecosystems and highlights the importance of aligning technological innovation with sustainability, ethics, and national development priorities. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Transformation, Cloud Computing, AIOps, AI Governance, Saudi Vision 2030, Digital Transformation.
