Abstract

The durable development represents a new way of development that sustains the human progress, not only in a few places and for a few years, but for the population of the entire planet and in a long-standing future, The concept of durable development is set up on the idea that any process of development must have human finality and allow the extension of the choice range that each individual can make in order to satisfy its necessities.
