Abstract

Dr. Warren Ritchie is currently Director, IT Governance Americas Region with Volkswagen AG operating in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina in 2002. His career includes 18 years of work with the VW Group of Companies in the United States and Canada, with roles alternating between Corporate Strategy and Information Technology. His academic interests include strategy formulation, strategy change, organizational change and enterprise architecture. Dr. Ritchie has published numerous articles and columns in academic and practitioner periodicals.
