Abstract

This study concerns with hands-off control for the discrete-time nonlinear system related to the encoder/decoder mismatched input channel. For this, a Lyapunov function is constructed for a discrete-time nonlinear system with equilibrium point at origin by solving a convex semi-infinite algorithm for a computationally feasible problem. Next, a discrete-time $ \mathcal {[K,KL]} $ [K,KL] sector is designed by means of Matrosov's results which satisfy $ \mathcal {KL} $ KL-stability inside it. The quantisation parameters exhibit a time-varying ratio due to non-synchronous adjustment that causes quantisation discrepancy issue attenuated by an On-Off logic-based control and the Lyapunov stability is analysed. The proposed approach is illustrated by Matlab simulation of a nonlinear circuit.
