Abstract

This paper comprehensively takes into account the optimization objectives of emergency logistics location-routing for multi-category emergency medical personal protective equipment under conditions of demand uncertainty, priority, and multi-stage, and constructs a model for the emergency medical personal protective equipment distribution location-routing that minimizes delivery time and cost. AHP-VIKOR is used to determine demand point priorities, and triangular fuzzy theory is utilized to calculate nominal demand. The improved butterfly algorithm is employed to solve the model and design multi-stage, multi-category, and multi-objective emergency personal protective equipment location-routing schemes. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is conducted on whether the scheme considers demand point priority, and the scientificity and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified using the case of Wuhan City during COVID-19.
