Abstract

The new Industry 5.0 paradigm takes into consideration the use of new technologies in interaction with human capabilities and in relation to the dimensions of sustainability. It is necessary to examine the environmental dimensions and human interactions along with the use of new technologies for the paradigm shift. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the relationship between technological innovation with sustainability and human talent management in organizations. The first section deals with the development of research hypotheses according to previous studies and a conceptual model is formed. In the second section, the relationships between model variables in the statistical population were evaluated. In this survey, manufacturing companies active in the Middle East region are investigated due to the special characteristics of this region. The required data were collected using a developed questionnaire. We found that technological innovations have a positive impact on talent management and sustainability. Also, talent management can have a positive impact on sustainability in the organization. Thus, according to the Industry 5.0 paradigm, managers of companies should pay attention to the effects of the technology used in order to achieve sustainability and natural resources conservation. Also, managers can provide social sustainability in the organization by focusing on the human dimensions and the proper management of talents.
