From The Work Force To The Human Ressources. Short Theoretical Considerations

Abstract

Human factors of economic theories using a number of terms and phrases such as employment, human resources, human chapter, etc., each reflecting certain content and having a specific meaning given one and the same protective factor in different stages of economic evolution. Considering the role, importance and place of the human factor in economic and social development, the author’s present material demonstrates the necessity of replacing the vocabulary knowledge-based society, the concept of "labor" at the "human resources".
