Abstract

The evaluation process is a series of personal performance objectives. Assessments often are closely linked to reward, promotion, placement, training and improvement. Setting standards in the evaluation process must be based on a mutual agreement between evaluator and evaluated. Consideration should be given to achieving a consensus among the expectations of both parties before implementing effective performance evaluation system.
