Abstract

Consumer is an entity extremely complex, diverse and dynamic, which made to have a buying and consuming behaviour unequal and contradictory. The present material present factors which influence this behavior, factors classification in the next way: 1. Endogenous factors A. Psychological factors - needs and motivations, personality and personal image, perceptions and images, attitude and preferences, and learning B. Personnel factors – demography factors, life stile 2. Exogenous factors A. Social environment – family, references groups (part, status, opinion leader), social class B. Cultural environment
