Abstract

Based on the theory of organization designing, the teleworking or the dispersed organizations try to logically and rationally design the organizational structure and the working processes in order to answer the technological, economic (and others) restrictions. The teleworking principles involve giving up the time and space restrictions imposed by traditional designing in order to obtain an increased flexibility. The paper present the designing options of teleworking for various types of organizations, work and employees, the restrictions that may occur. In order to understand the teleworking within the practical designing context of dispersed organizations, one must take into considerations both the managerial perspective of „matching” and the one of „chance management”.
