The material stops over the conceptual frame of competition treated through a lot of consecrated authors, being describe the constructive elements, the types of competent and the dimension of those, the condition of the manifestation of the competition, the bond of the collective competent with the participant management and the organizational culture. The management through competent – the article show, corresponded same global strategies and the ensemble of organized and specified practice which an enterprise use for clarified and develop the individual and collective competitions what will be necessary in the future.
