Despre Relatia Tridimesionala: Schimbare - Cultura Organizationala - Performanta

Abstract

În perioada actuala, când schimbarea constituie caracteristica dominanta a tuturor sistemelor social-economice, este necesara gestiunea culturii organizationale, care sa asigure adaptarea permanenta la modificarile permanente din mediul intern si extern al organizatiei. Atunci când schimbarea organizationala este realizata în conditii optime si de catre o conducere competenta, ea constituie un important factor de succes pentru întreprinderi. O cultura puternica protejeaza organizatia de schimbarile de mediu si confera valorilor ei stabilitatea necesara supravietuirii pe termen lung. Aceste organizatii pot sa se adapteze rapid schimbarilor survenite, gasind în valorile lor forta necesara pentru a rezista. Relatia dintre cultura si performanta unei organizatii este reliefata de functiile culturii organizationale: întareste coeziunea colectivului de salariati, îmbunatateste adaptarea externa a organizatiei, creste loialitatea personalului, prin încurajarea sentimentelor de devotament si fidelitate fata de organizatie. Tot mai multe organizatii sunt constiente de „forta” unei culturi organizationale, ea constituind un instrument strategic important pentru a orienta si mobiliza oamenii catre teluri comune, o pârghie care favorizeaza sau frâneaza introducerea noului, constituind „cheia” excelentei organizationale.
