Abstract

The book is a comprehensive study of management of social assistance in Romania in the context of more widespread concern for the social dimension of European Union Member States. National systems of social protection are enshrined in the European Union: the social democratic model and the model conservative liberal. For diagnosis of social management in Romania has been used SWOT, identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and constraints to its development.
