Modele Si Metode Ale Schimbarii

Abstract

Cunoscute sub denumirea de “teorii ale schimbarii” sau “modele ale schimbarii”, conceptiile privind planificarea si implementarea schimbarilor în organizatie descriu activitatile specifice impuse de ini??ierea si desfasurarea schimbarii într-o organizatie. În literatura de specialitate sunt cunoscute ca fiind mai importante trei astfel de teorii sau modele ale schimbarii: modelul lui Lewin, modelul actiunii de cercetare si modelul contemporan de schimbare. Toate aceste trei modele sunt luate în considerare pentru conturarea unui model general de planificare si implementare a schimbarilor în cadrul organizatiei. Acest model general cuprinde, la rândul lui, ansamblul de activitati necesare a fi desfasurate, din momentul deciziei pe care o iau managerii pentru a introduce schimbarea, pâna la evaluarea si institutionalizarea acestei schimbari.
