Abstract

In this article one presents a series of remarks regarding the feasibility study, the plan of development and the financial plan as managerial instruments. The feasibility study has an important role on an macroeconomic level, being able to combine different activities for improving the general economic results. It is also a fundamental document in taking decisions on the company level when one discusses about the evolution of the respective company. The business plan must prove the ability to send out profitabilness on a determined intervale and must underline the ability and capacity of the managerial team to identify and exploit an opportunity. This is very useful in presenting the increasing evolution of the enterprise
