Eficacitatea Leadership-Ului Si Performanta Firmei

Abstract

Consisting in the ability of a leader to obtain some persons’ effective involvement in the implementation of a certain action course, the leadership implies a combination of native and acquired skills by means of an adequate training, to which the contextual situation of the leaders is added. The leadership implies strategic and human aspects, and their organic mixture ensures the firm competitiveness. The leader combines the behavioural decisions with those which put the human dimension of the relationship with other persons on the first place. In exercising the leadership, the leaders use a wide range of methods and techniques depending on the parameters of the managerial situation implied. The leadership styles are closely related to the managerial styles, but also have some specific, particularities. Among these one can notice the symbiotic or future leadership which focuses on the management advantages in terms of obtaining the organizational efficiency on the basis of the mutual trust between the employers, and the concern of the work teams in finding the means of motivating and promoting a new team spirit, a symbiotic one. The leadership has a major influence on the firm’s results, making important changes in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the firm.
