Abstract

The organization is made up of groups of people and coordinating and directing the efforts of their members towards the goods and objectives of organizations is an essential part of management. There is a major factor for managers to choose of an appropriate form of behavior. The managers must understand the nature of leadership and the factor, which determine the effectiveness of the leadership relationship.
