Schimbarea Organizationala – Sansa Sau Amenintare?

Abstract

Managementul schimbarii reprezinta o caracteristica esentiala a unui management performant, oferind solutiile pentru cresterea viabilitatii si competitivitatii organizatiilor. Desi necesara, schimbarea organizationala trebuie sa fie temeinic fundamentata, prin cunoasterea factorilor care favorizeaza schimbarea, precum ai a fortelor care se opun schimbarii. Schimbarea poate fi perceputa în doua ipostaze majore, diametral opuse: ca sansa de a scapa de o anumita stare care nemultumeste sau ca amenintare, când pozitia, situatia si privilegiile actuale ale anumitor persoane sunt amenintate.
