Schimbarea Spre Normalitate A Economiei Nationale

Abstract

After are inserted the historical condition of the economical transition to a competed system, the paper it stops over the fundamental conditions of the strategy of economical reform as to have the general character, to be complex integrate, to be based on the realism, to concrete the final which correspond the aspirations of the people, to implied supportable costs by the societies, to be credible having a simply and clear message, to be consistent and to accept a risk. Then we present the elements which different the actual market economy one by another, concerning over the fundamental economical functions which proved privet property over the free market. So, we prove that the economical reform in our country moves on two distinct sides, but they are independent and reciprocals connect: - The formation of the institutional organizatoric frame and the creation of the specific mechanisms of the market economy, - To bring the national economy in a state of normality, have compete, to survive over the cruel low of compete.
