Abstract

This article aims at revealing and considering the problems connected with the formation of a differentiated remuneration system in public sector of the Russian Federation including legal and administrative problems The article has resulted in drawing certain conclusions and endorsing recommendations for eliminating the contradictions found in legal acts The major objective of this article is to further improve the differentiated remuneration system in public sector
