Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zu dem industriepolitischen Papier des Bundeswirtschaftsministers haben sich Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, aber auch wirtschaftliche Akteure kritisch geäußert. Bereits in der Vergangenheit hat es jedoch in der Bundesrepublik immer wieder fallweise industriepolitische Eingriffe in die Wirtschaft gegeben. Das Beispiel China zeigt, dass es möglich ist, mit aktiver Industriepolitik technologische und innovatorische Führerschaft auf avancierten Hightech-Gebieten zu erreichen. Nötig ist ein umfassendes Konzept, das alle Sozialpartner einbezieht.
