Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die EU-Kommission rückt im Rahmen ihrer Binnenmarktstrategie auch die unterschiedlichen nationalen Berufsreglementierungen im Bereich der freien Berufe in den Fokus. Mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen und Indikatoren sollen dabei geeignete Regulierungsansätze identifiziert werden. Dieser Beitrag zeigt am Beispiel der Regulierungsdebatte um den Architektenberuf, dass die dabei verwendeten Indikatoren kaum geeignet sind, durch Regulierung verursachte Wettbewerbshindernisse zu identifizieren.
