Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Übergangsphase von technologischen Neuerungen kann es zu merklichen Dämpfeffekten auf die Produktivität kommen. Ein Teil der neuen Güter erscheint nicht in der Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnung, dort sind aber die negativen Substitutionseffekte sichtbar. Wenn dies ein tatsächliches Marktphänomen ist, dann sollte sich dies auch in einer gemessenen schwächeren Marktproduktion und Produktivität zeigen. Um die mit der digitalen Revolution entstehenden privaten neuen Güter und die damit verbundenen Wohlstandseffekte zu berücksichtigen, bietet sich eine gesonderte Analyse in einer Satellitenrechnung an.
