Abstract

The article examines prospective opportunities for implementing the Pharma-2030 strategy aimed at the development of the pharmaceutical industry, providing a critical assessment of scenario forecasts and the growth potential of this sector. It is shown that the anticrisis policy implemented by the government in the pharmaceutical industry, in the context of increased sanctions pressure on Russia, ensured stabilization in the domestic market of medicines over 2022–2024. It is pointed out that some provisions of the Pharma-2030 strategy require clarification in connection with new national goals in terms of ensuring technological independence and increasing the share of pharmaceutical products created based on proprietary development lines.
