Abstract

— The article analyzes problems limiting the inflow of foreign direct investment into the economy of Novosibirsk oblast. Based on statistics and a survey of enterprises, a substantiated conclusion is drawn that the policy of regional authorities aimed at attracting foreign investors in previous years was incoherent and ineffective. In this regard, the authors formulated their proposals aimed at enhancing interactions with foreign investors in the region. These proposals include measures for improving the situation in the institutional, infrastructural, and information spheres.
