Abstract

The article presents the results of development of economic modification of the hierarchy analysis method (HAM) and its testing as to the problem of the medium-term forecasting of development of the bread and bakery products market in Ivanovo oblast for 2018–2020. The development of the HAM economic modification consists of the quantitative estimation of the relevance of the actors differentiated by the scenarios based on the calculations of the potential economic damages and effects using expert opinions and extensive statistical information.
