Gestaltung und Steuerung von Industrial Service Networks in der Bekleidungsindustrie

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als proaktive Antwort auf den globalen Wettbewerb ist für produzierende Unternehmen die Bildung von Netzwerken eine erfolgversprechende Strategie. Die dabei auftretenden Managementaufgaben werden allerdings noch nicht vollständig unterstützt. Der vorliegende Beitrag diskutiert daher die praktische Umsetzung des serviceorientierten Smart Networking Ansatzes zur Gestaltung und Steuerung von Industrial Service Networks im Produktionskontext. Dabei kommen eine innovative Methode zur Virtualisierung von Netzwerkressourcen sowie davon abgeleitete Online-Tools zum Einsatz, deren praktische Anwendung am Beispiel des Bekleidungsherstellers Bivolino.com demonstriert wird. Die vorgestellten Ergebnisse wurden im Rahmen europäischer Gemeinschaftsforschung entwickelt und in branchenübergreifenden Unternehmensnetzwerken validiert.
