Abstract

The quick economic and technical development of the social environment of organization, the increase of social responsibility and of the mobility of HR, the change of industrial psychology represent significant aspects emphasizes the importance of HR within the organization. By globalization and world wide development of markets continual significant changes take place within the business environment influencing organizational management and determining mutations in the qualification and management of Human Resources.
